How I got here
My path wasn’t planned, like majority of people. In my early twenties, I went through cancer treatment and received a stem cell transplant to save my life, and it forced me to rethink about my life. Thinking about my health, my habits, and my mindset and taking them to higher levels. When you have to restart from zero, you naturally become intentional about how you spend your time and what kind of life you want to build and what's in your environment.
That experience is what pushed me toward clarity, and problem-solving. I’ve always been curious about why things work the way they do, but going through something that intense taught me to value structure, routines, and the kind of work that creates stability. Over time, that curiosity merged with data, business operations, and building tools that make life easier for people.

Experience
Today, I build things that make people’s work simpler and more organized. Sometimes that’s dashboards, sometimes automations, sometimes cleaning up messy processes inside a business.
I’ve worked in real estate operations, analytics, and small business environments, and I’ve built tools for CRMs, Excel Sheets, Power BI dashboards, Database systems, Google Sheets pipelines, and AI assistants. I enjoy the mix of technical work and practical problem-solving for the business. I'm making something that actually helps someone, not just looks nice in a folder.

Outside of Work
A big part of my life is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It keeps me grounded, disciplined, and mentally balanced. Training taught me how to stay calm under pressure, how to think strategically, and how to keep showing up even when it’s feels like the days been bad.
I also help with cancer patients. From my past experience having had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, I want to share my experience and help others going through what I went through. I joined the Imerman Angels Support Group. They connect me current cancer patients that are looking to speak someone who has experienced the same things. I want to be an ear for those who are going through what I went through.
I’m also big on sleep, recovery, and personal growth. I like experimenting with routines, supplements, and systems that help me feel and perform better. I’m not perfect, but I’m consistent, and I enjoy the process of improving piece by piece.
I started two businesses which is Sunline Garage Doors LLC, and Sol Cleaners LLC, a garage door business and a cleaning business. It has been an exciting experience because it teaches me patience and how to be creative.
Outside of all that, I like learning and finding out things came into fruition.
What osvaldo.co is
osvaldo.co is my home base. It’s where I’m pulling together everything I’ve done, everything I’m working on, and everything I’m learning.
I’m building toward a future where I can combine all sides of my life: the analytical side, the entrepreneurial side, the disciplined side, and the part of me that likes helping people make sense of their work and their direction. I want to keep creating, keep learning, and keep refining the systems that make my life better.
