I’m Osvaldo, someone who likes understanding how things work and making life simpler through systems, discipline, and creative workflows. I’ve built things in real estate, analytics, small businesses, and my own ventures. This site is a collection of what I’ve learned, what I’ve built, and who I’ve become along the way.
Experience
Today, I build things that make people’s work simpler and more organized. Sometimes that’s dashboards, sometimes automations, sometimes cleaning up messy processes inside a business.
I’ve worked in real estate operations, analytics, and small business environments, and I’ve built tools for CRMs, Excel Sheets, Power BI dashboards, Database systems, Google Sheets pipelines, and AI assistants. I enjoy the mix of technical work and practical problem-solving for the business. I'm making something that actually helps someone, not just looks nice in a folder.
